Bath Salts
Our bath salts are created with sensitive skin in mind. I have only one kidney and am very sensitive when it comes to bathing. I love bathing, but don't like the irritation that often would follow when I used commercial bath salts. That is why I started making my own, so that I can enjoy a soothing bath without irritation. Our bath salts are gentle enough for a newborn baby to soak in.
Spirit Bath Salts
The Spirit baths are more intense. They are a very fine sea salt bath. The pure essential oils used for the Spirit baths are blended for a specific purpose. The reason they are called "spirit" bath is because while creating these salts, prayers of healing are put into the bath.
About Our Spirit Baths:
Hippie Aura is a blend I started making for my sister. It is patchouli based with other low note essential oils. I have added the stone essence of turquoise into the blend also for balancing and to release negativity. After a bath you feel like you just came from Woodstock.
Tension Tamer is a blend that helps relax and uplift at the same time. The essential oil base for Tension Tamer is wintergreen. The stone essence in this bath salt is emerald which helps activate the chakra's, particularly the heart chakra. It also helps increase mental aptitude.
Joint Juice is a blend that I started making for my grandma who has arthritis. The base essential oil for this blend is Cypress. It has an additional four essential oils that are all helpful in targeting bone and muscle. The oil blend goes to the bone and helps relieve pain and release toxins. The stone essence in this bath is also emeralds.
Breathe Easy is a blend that I started making for a friend that had asthma. The base for this blend is Clary sage but with several strange twists. The blend is unique and often customers try to guess the ingredients. When the bath is taken very hot, it helps to open the breathing passages for asthma, colds, and sinus problems. The stone essence in this blend is garnets. Garnets help balance the chakras to let energy flow and create a purifying atmosphere energetically.
Mount Shasta is a very special blend. Mount Shasta in northern California is one of the most magical mountains in this country. I was given the pleasure of spending a week in the light of her beauty. The blend, which contains a multiple of essential oils but with a base of Cajeput, is how my nose perceived Mt. Shasta. The blend is almost as magical as the mountain. The stone essence in this blend is Kyanite which aligns the chakras perfectly.
Deep Relax is one of my favorite blends. It is for relaxing of the body and spirit. The essential oil blend is deep and mysterious starting with a base of Cardamom. Sit back and relax and let your worries drift away! The stone essence in this blend is black tourmaline which helps you release "sticky energy" that you pick up from others and all negativity floats away.
Back To The Mother is a detox bath. We have a fair number of customers that are chemically sensitive. This bath when taken as hot as the body can stand will help alleviate toxins from the body. It is also a beneficial bath if you are coming down with a cold or flu. The base of this blend is Fir. Sweating is very important for this bath to be beneficial. Soak and drink lots of water. The stone essence in this blend is Tibetan quartz which helps cleans the body in and out!
Sweet Peace is a magical blend of beautiful smelling essential oils. The aroma immediately helps you relax and soothe the tension in your muscles. The base for this blend is ylang-ylang with a few top note essential oils mixed with those low notes. The stone essence is turquoise for grounding and clearing.
Milk Baths
The milk baths were made legendary by Cleopatra. The milk and its derivates contain lactic acid, which helps to exfoliate your skin. So when you come out of the tub your skin will be baby soft.
